“InSync Global” believes in improving themselves with addressing each sunrise as a learning process.

“InSync Global” is founded and promoted by Srinivas Pokkunuru and assisted by a team of professionals.

With a science background, Srinivas started as a marketing executive with electronic products (typewriters) when they were introduced in the country. After spending 2 years in the job and having travelled extensively across north-eastern part of the country, Srinivas joined the tea manufacturing industry in the country. For 12 years with the tea industry including working in farms and factories, Srinivas gathered experience working closely with labour, unions, government bodies and NGOs. Monitoring various aspects of worker welfare including housing and education were part of the job apart from the main responsibilities of growing and manufacturing tea.

Year 2001 was when Srinivas started working more in the field of ethical sourcing practices and is still going strong.

Srinivas carries with him vast knowledge on ethical sourcing practices, acquired over the years from practical experience and interactions with professionals in the field. He is experienced with conducting audits, assessments and imparting training on Code of conduct apart from capacity building initiatives with sustainable management practices across various industries. He has worked with manufacturers of Apparel, Foot wear, Home furnishings, Hard Goods, Electricals, Sports Goods, Jewellery, Paper products and has also conducted assessments on working conditions in the farms producing fruits, vegetables, rice and cotton.

Srinivas has also been involved with tracing child workers in the soccer ball industry and home workers in foot wear industry.

Experts in the team are from the industry with over 15-20 years of experience across various product categories and are specialists in their domains. The team is assisted by dynamic and experienced hands to manage day to day and backend operations. Equipped with adequate knowledge (legal and local industry practices), ability to understand and speak multiple languages as spoken in all countries of operations; augments the ability of the team to interact with workers at supplier facilities and with business partners effectively. It instills confidence in the synergistic work that is undertaken by the team towards enhancing the overall efficiency of services being provided.
